Louise Johnson is a Toronto-based writer.
She's a curious creature with an old soul who sends snail mail, collects typewriters, drinks too much coffee, and delights in slow mornings.
With a penchant for adventure, road trips are preferred, and in-between mountain hikes and sunset swims, she hopes to travel the world and visit every quirky bookshop on her bucket list.
A graduate of The Ivey Business School and Harvard University, Louise has studied and worked in Hong Kong, Switzerland, New York, and Boston.
Her work has appeared in The Huffington Post, The Toronto Star, Darling Magazine, and more. Louise has also been featured in collaborations with companies such as Glamping Hub, Freeman's Collective, and Stiegl.
For nearly six years she cultivated 360-degree cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance marketing campaigns for Elizabeth Arden in Geneva and New York.
Writing has always been her constant in an inconstant world, and eventually, it became a calling that couldn’t be ignored.
Louise is currently represented by Meridian Artists and her literary agent, Amy Moore-Benson. Her first nonfiction book is forthcoming.
